The name of our Guruji, which has become a synonym for the word mother, father, friend, teacher and GOD in the lives of many of his countless devotees, who are blessed invariably for every task in all walks of life by Lord Kartikeya through our Guruji. He is a doctor for patients-suffering from incurable diseases as per the medical science, he is a counselor for the some- who has lost hope from there lives giving them solutions to lead a happy and prosperous life. And he is the guide for spiritual seekers –who are looking for the real truth and the meaning of there lives, the reason for there birth. His ways are simple and amazing. No medicines and no restrictions.
His devices are -Vibhuti-“The sacred ash”, the Mantras-“the sacred chants”, that’s all, and if required some simple household substances like Oil, Jaggery, Camphor, various lentils and of course his BLESSINGS. And all this at the cost of your FAITH in him and Lord Karthikeya – more the faith more the blessing and shower of Almighty you will see in your lives. He just requires your Date of Birth and Name –to know and understand all about you and guide you with the solutions for your problems. He will advise you to chant mantras and to start with he will observe you for a month- now this is your testing period the amount of faith you will show in reciting the Mantras will decide the next course of action.
You can consult him via phone and that’s what his numerous devotees and followers do who are settled miles and miles away in different cities and different countries. In case it is required, he will advise you to come and meet him, your presence in front of him anytime, anywhere, and your answers to his questions give him more insight about you to help you better
Any kind of ailment related to neurological, cancers, gynecological, traumatic patients etc. except for tooth and skin disease- where he is still doing research.
Homeless gets home, jobless get there means of earning, destitute get peace/happiness, and mangliks find there soul mates. Just remember as he a say- he is not an astrologer not a knowledgeable person of any such learning so refrain from asking any such questions. And as he says “hum bhagwan nahi hai..”.The words and words can be written endlessly and they may not be enough to describe the spiritual and blissful experience one undergoes in his guidance. And as we all say there is more and more to learn about him from him.
Our Guru ji was born on 31st January 1947 at Kanchipuram of Tamilnadu. He is the 14th child of his parents Shree JAI RAM IYER…. who was born after relentless prayers and the blessings of Lord Shivas Prasad. And this is how he was send to serve humanity . How his spiritual powers were recognized- Guruji once at the age of 4years he gave vibhuthi to one sick person (having fever)and he was just cured. And as he grew up at the age of 7years he found his Guruji Shri Shri Shrivatsya Somdev Sharma in West Mambalam Chennai. And he was trained under the strict guidance at gurukul from his early age- for seven long years along with other Shishyas-(fellow mates).
Then due to family constrains he had to move down to Kolkatta at the age of sixteen, there he self funded his graduation in B.Com in the year 1970, as he was working and earning his daily bread from a local company. Life was not easy for him out there. During this tenure at Kolkota he was socially very active taking parts in lot of stage performances and literary programmes which includes some Tamil debuts. He was also a representative of the society called Tamil Mandram- Kolkotta and was also the secretary of this organization.
Here in Kolkotta he found his consort and soul mate our Guru Mata -Vijaya Lakshmi- daughter of Late Sadashiv Shastrigal and got married at the age of 24 on 14th July 1971.Guruji is blessed with two daughters.
Guruji came to Bhilai in the year 1979 and worked in various organizations at different positions. Along with his daily chores and routine office work he started serving people by giving them advises and counseling from his residence since 1990.
On 24th April 1987 Guruji got the enlightenment, a spiritual awakening and divine power of Lord Kartikeya to serve humanity through ASHA’REE RI.
After serving for years together at Bhilai he got the opportunity to open an Aashram which was centrally located at Bhilai named SKANDASHRAM comprising of Dyan Mandapam, and the composed temple of Lord Karthikeya’s Vel- which is also one of its kind in the whole world.
Guruji has done Tapasya at River Ganga for 21 days sitting in the water of Ganga at Allahbad on 13th Feb 2007. As Guruji says that “you have to do your karma through which you can get rid of your problems” and also as he say

About Skandashram
Skandashram Bhilai's main intention is to serve humanity. This is a social and spiritual organization, which is governed by a steering committee. In 1991 “Guruji” started serving peoples from his home(MPHB Industrial estate). To expand the service he established an organization. In 1999 registration of organization(reg. no. 5465) was done as per Madhaya Pradesh government rules. In 17th April 2000 Skandashram was started to build, whose opening was done by former Chief Minister, in 23rd April 2003 the Skandashram’s building was completed to build and Skandashrams inauguration was done by former respected Governer Shri Dinesh Nandan Sahay. From last 22 years Skandashram bhilai is serving the humanity and society with loyalty, devotion and dedication.
Skandashram steering comitee works under the guidance of “Guruji” Shri Maniswamiji. Guruji always give his guidance in serving the selfless services to Skandashram orginization. Guruji teaches three keys to his disciples by following which the person can achieve peak of the success, these three keys are DPS(discipline, punctuality and sincerity). By following these three keys skandashram is raising its name in constantly in the field of providing seva. There are two type of services which is provided by Skandashram

Spiritual Services: Skandashram has built a very good image in the field of giving sevas, behind whose Gurujis teaching is there “Manushya Rupen Bhagwan” which means every human being is a god. Providing services to humanity is the real worship to God.
“Ashtadash Puraneshu par Pidanam” which means in this world the only sin(paap) is to hurt and others feelings, and to make happy others feeling is the only holy(punya) that also in terms selflessness. Guruji gives only this suggestion to the devotee, so that they can walk in the path of Gurujis spiritual seva. Mantra is the only mean by which Guruji treats his devotees. Guruji treats all the types of diseases (excluding teeth and skin problem). Guruji is available in telephonic conversation for various cities and abroad three days a week i.e Monday, Thrusday and Saturday from 7pm to 10 pm. Guruji also takes sitting in various cities so that people can get relief.
Skandashram also helds vaorius type of poojas such as Mangal, Shani, Rahu. To get relief from disease there are poojas such as Dhanvantri pooja, Kaalsarp pooja. For students to get a greater level of concentration there is “Medha Dakshina Pooja”. There is also group pooja for “Maharog Nivarana” which helps peoples to get be cured, if any family member is in hospital or suffering from any big disease he may provide Name, Rashi, Gotra.
